At first I thought, oh just another carbonated drink, but after tasting it and carrying it around at a wine tasting event, it was marvelous. It actually took away the wine taste in my mouth allowing me to neutrally taste the next wine. Very refreshing, especially the cucumber flavor. NOT sweet at all. I bought 5 cases for our guest rooms, and to have some available as we live near many wineries and go wine tasting a lot.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but some friends talked me into it. WOW is all I can say! It really worked while wine tasting up in Paso Robles. It truly cleansed my palate. Love the cucumber. Had it again a few weeks later in San Diego and still was impressed. I was then told it cleanses the palate for coffee and chocolate too. I might just have to have a chocolate tasting party to break out the SanTasti!! Thanks Andrew.

I am the world's biggest skeptic when it comes to "gadgety" stuff like this. But when they say, "It just works", they are telling it like it is. At the end of a tasting, we went from 20 year old tawny port to Austrian Riesling and the impact of SanTasti was nothing short of remarkable. In fact, the SanTasti was the star of the tasting! Not only did it clean the palate but almost seemed to refresh it as well. Love the Cucumber flavor too! Keep up the good work.

Magnifica!!! SanTásti, non pensavo potesse esistere una bevanda così fenomenale che mi potesse risolvere i problemi che nascono nell’ assaggio tra il vino ed alcuni alimenti es. carciofo, gorgonzola, cioccolato caffè. Quando mi hanno fatto conoscere Santásti da buon San Tommaso l’ho messa subito alla prova con un assaggio di vini di varia struttura, più o meno tannici, anche barricati, ebbene un paio di sorsi della bevanda prima dell’ assaggio del secondo vino mi ha cancellato il ricordo gustativo del primo, pulendomi le papille, ridandomi piacere per un successivo assaggio.
Sicuramente il risultato più interessante per i professionisti dell’assaggio è la certezza di poter contare su un PAI Persistenza Aromatica Intensa corretta elemento molto importante anche per quotare le partite di vino.
Non completamente soddisfatto della verifica con solo il vino, ho voluto provare SanTásti con assaggi vino/cibo ebbene ho avuto la conferma delle capacità delle bevanda, bastano alcuni sorsi di SanTásti dopo aver assaggiato carciofo, gorgonzola, cioccolato e caffè per poter apprezzare le caratteristiche organolettiche del vino come lo si è fatto prima dell’assaggio del cibo.
Utilizzare SanTásti come l’acqua durante un pranzo, libera lo chef dai vincoli di non poter usare certi alimenti per paura di penalizzare il vino messo in tavola.

Il prodotto è veramente funzionante, sono rimasto molto colpito! Ho voluto sottoporre quest'acqua ad un test piuttosto audace: ho intenzionalmente abbinato un vino rosso toscano (sangioveto in purezza) con della cioccolata producendo un accostamento disgustoso, dopo di che ho ripetuto l'esperimento interponendo SanTasti e il risultato è stato veramente inaspettato, quest'acqua mi ha consentito di gustare il secondo bicchiere di vino con la stessa piacevolezza del primo, provare per credere!!
